Why paid ads fail

The problems are usually not the ads alone.

These are the problems we hear most often before a business starts working with us.

The first five weeks

Build the system. Then improve it.

We do not try to change everything at once. Each week gives us better information about who buys, what message works and where the next dollar should go.

Week 1

Targeting leads

Launch the first campaigns and start reaching people most likely to need what you sell.

Week 2

Lead conversion optimization

Study who responds, which messages work and where potential customers stop before buying.

Week 3

Start appearing in organic local traffic

Build stronger local content and signals so people can also discover the business without a paid click.

Week 4

Dominate the local market

Increase visibility around the audiences, searches and messages producing the best response.

Week 5+

Adapt the long-term strategy

Keep testing and moving budget as customers, competitors and the market change.

First 30 days

Stop guessing. Let the market answer.

We launch a campaign or test an offer and watch how real people respond. For meaningful testing, we recommend a minimum advertising budget of $100 per day per active ad test. Then we use what the market tells us to improve the next decision.

What we actually track

What we do

Paid ads are only one part of the system.

01

Paid advertising

Strategy, campaign setup, testing and optimization on the channels that make sense for your business.

02

Offers and messaging

Test what customers actually respond to instead of sending more traffic to an offer that does not work.

03

Content distribution

Turn useful videos, answers and proof into content that supports paid and organic customer acquisition.

04

Lead to sale tracking

Follow what happens after the lead so decisions are based on customers and revenue, not vanity metrics.

Simple structure

Know what you are paying for.

Management can be paid monthly or weekly. Advertising spend is separate and paid by the client. The service includes strategy, campaign management, testing, optimization, content distribution support and conversion tracking.

Common questions

Before you spend another dollar.

We start collecting information as soon as the campaign launches. The first 30 days are primarily about learning how the market responds, improving the offer and identifying the audiences and messages producing the strongest results.
We recommend at least $100 per day for each active advertising test. The final budget should also make sense compared with the value of a customer and how many new customers your business can handle.
We do not promise a specific number of customers before the market has been tested. We launch, measure real behavior, improve what is not working and put more resources behind what produces the strongest business result.
We need to understand what you sell, your service area, your average customer value and what happens to leads after they contact you. We also need access to the advertising accounts we are responsible for.
Because a cheap lead is not necessarily a good lead. We want to know which marketing produces customers who actually buy so future advertising decisions can be based on revenue instead of just lead volume.
